From @dr1665:

RF is not driving around at the moment, but its covered in dirt. They had it down in baja yesterday and had their way with it.

Interior is still in the works. We DO have new car smell, despite being able to reach out and touch the 265hp turbo diesel powerplant from the driver's seat. It *is* a 2+2, so there are 'back seats,' but they're more like formed butt cheek imprints. I tweeted a picture of John Rogers sitting back there. He's 6'3" and said it was more comfrtable than the back seat of his own BMW (eat that @cbaccus!).

Fit and finish is great. This is a 'kit car,' but you wouldn't know it. The roll cage is very well done and its easy to picture yourself driving this around town. Everything appears first rate. There are still issues to button down - non-functional power windows, a missing dashboard, and miles of likel unneccessary BMW wire harness - but this is a serious piece of machinery that I would own in a heartbeat.

I'll ask about top speed and get some more pics of the interior next.

From @dr1665: Talked to Mike. Rally Fighter target weight is 3200lbs. ECU has a stock tune, minus controls for things like door sensors, AC and the like.

They've had it up to 90+ on the dirt the other day.

No iDrive. They say they want it to work. :)
